Envelope 1955
A Ticket is in the form of an envelope and was for travel from Sydney
to Tooraweenah.
For a Mr Lutton the ticket contains car pick up details and time and
airport departure details.
Printed on the face of the envelope:
"The car leaves (street address) at 6.40 AM"
"The airliner leaves Mascot at 7.15 AM Date Saturday 26 March
1955."
"IMPORTANT passengers are required to present themselves AT LEAST 15
MINUTES BEFORE car departure time and,
if proceeding to the Airport other than by Company's service
coach,
are required to report at our Airport Office AT LEAS 15 MINUTES BEFORE
scheduled departure time."
Printed on the rear of the envelope:
"REFUND CHARGES
(1) Open dated return ticket - full refund.
(2) Dated Tickets:
(a) 48 hours' or more notice, 3/6 charge.
(b) 24 - 47 hours' notice, 10% of fare of 3/6.
(c) less than 24 hours' notice, no refund except at Company's
discretion."
