Sold to East West Airlines Ltd - February 18, 1955 and reregistered as VH-EWD - March 10, 1955
 and renamed 'Lachlan City'

Initially operated with 21 passenger seats but reconfigured to seat 28 passengers in 1956
and leased to M.M.A. - October 1965 to February 1966.
