On the bottom of the badge is printed АЕРОФДОТ which is Aeroflot.
The ИЛ-62 means Ilyushin Il-62 which is a Soviet long range jet airliner produced from 1963-1993 with 276 built.

This badge has an image of a woman and an aircraft.
АЕРОФДОТ is printed on the bottom of the badge.
On the top of the image are the words  ЛОЬРО ЛОЖАДОВАЫ I have no idea what they mean can you help?
This badge looks to me like a festive scene.
